Biography
Prof. Zhang currently is a professor with the School of Computer Science and Engineering, South China University of Technology, China. His research interests include affective computing, evolutionary computation, neural network, and other machine learning techniques and their applications. Dr. Zhang is an Associate Editor of the IEEE Transactions on Computational Social Systems. He has been working in publication matters for many IEEE conferences.
